You uncaring coont! Do you realise how difficult it is to book an Italian lamppost at this time of year?

Only joking...it's pretty easy

Thanks for the best wishes :salute2:

Had a couple of Stents fitted.

Doctors wanted me to stay in for a couple of more days but 2 more days/night of not sleeping & struggling to eat cardboard really wouldn't have helped tbh. will literally do nothing the 1st week & over the the following 3 weeks steadily increase activity :biker: Shed load of tablets :beglee:

Just have to give up everything especially smoking, shouldn't be toooo difficult

I could bull shit to show what a sensible fooker I am & that I've stopped smoking but........................

My breakfast for decades has been 3 mugs of strong sweet coffee & 5/6 cigs :spliff:

The TRUTH, I'm down to 5 a day which I'll try over time to bring down, emphasis on try :Isay:

Check up due Jan 25th, feeling ok, still smoking though, a fraction of what i use to smoke but i know any is too many :spank:

I spoke to a Rehab Nurse, expected a roasting when I admitted I was still smoking but she seemed pleased i'd cut down the amount but encouraged me to cut down a bit more but emphasized how important the brisk walking was.

I was told to walk briskly for 30 minutes daily :hmmm: Building up to that :coffee2: Very 'hilly' area around here so going more on distance than time, my understanding is a mile = 30 mins'ish & that would be a doddle on level ground :dunno:

I've seen a copy of the letter the hospital sent to my GP, it clearly says the heart attack would have been fatal but for their 'intervention'.
