Nice going Dean. Not too bad for you mate. Great Innings from Malan and a nice run of fixtures coming up for Middlesex.

Just can't seem to get going this year. Still early days yet

Yep, thanks Gary, problem with that team is that it's heavy with Surrey (4) and after tomorrow there will be a`number of teams with a lot more games left than them. Might have to burn a couple to address that. Plan is then to ensure that I have a captain playing every night, which should leave me with about 8 or 9 trannies going into the quarters.

Still early days though. Need to keep hitting the right captains and I've been lucky so far with the likes of Durston, McLeanaghan and Malan who'll be wearing the armband again tomorrow ...cue duck and 0-40

Yep I see you're coming up on the rails nicely Gary. :agree1:

My leading 2 teams are down to 9/7 and 8/6. Only one change planned in next 6 game nights, Willey to take the armband as he's playing in 4/5, so his returns will prove crucial to me.

Nice start with Wiley Dean. Don't have in in my top team, in my 2nd best team and 4th as captain.

Crooky captain in leading team  Tresco 8-) and Dockrell

Dropped from 12th to 28th yesterday, hoping that will be reversed. Was kicking myself for changing my mind from Willey to Crooky, now I'm a bit happier.

Thought you haddnt gone willey Dean when the scores were up. Crook is in great form with the bat. Dockrell in my 2nd team, not sure why he has not got a start in the last 2 games :hmmm:

I'm trying hard but I just can't get into this cricket mallarkey. Strange really, because participation wise it was my game. I played for Kent Schools, Captained Biddenden Cricket Club for 13 years, once scored 142 not out on the saturday and 129 not out on the sunday, was obsessed with the game, totally obsessed. Just can't get into it anymore, can't really give a fook about the Ashes tbh.

It's weird because I feel almost disloyal to a game I derived a great deal of pleasure from over many years :hmmm:

I can only assume that being a`pisshead coont has dulled my enthusiasm for life in general and cricket in particular :drunken:

Perhaps Crooky will score a ton Sunday and take 5 wickets into the bargain, thus rekindling my enthusiasm

Remaining transfers and captain changes done.

Pretty Hampshire and Essex heavy, 2 Napiers, 1 ten doch and 1 crook.

Think top 40 is best I can hope for, not too bad with 4 teams and 3 in the top 100 at the moment.
