Thanks Kev. Dont think I have enough transfers left to make a serious challenge on the top spot

Just hpoing that the teams above are in a similar position and maybe took a gamble ona few (or more) Surrey player who will have to be replaced.

Yep, he looks to be in a strong position, and as you say can cover more bases.

I think I have been quite conservative with my trasnsfers but am realistically 4-5 short I would think.

However the right captain choice can make a huge difference so you never know, but again with 4 team he can cover that as well

I feel I let you two chaps down Gary & Kev, having pledged to chuck in a few teams but never getting round to it.

Glad to see one of you is making a decent fist of it.......

Ha - Thanks Dean

I am too low on transfers to have a shot at first, so top 5 is my aim, and also an outside chance with my second placed team in the runs league so plenty to play for.

Back to the cc next week, tme to try and real the leader in. How are you doing in that Dean.

Kev, I have enough left in all teams to make sure I have a full starting 11 for the Q Finals, but that it is. Think I may have to gamble on one team depending on the draw rather than spreading the risk.

I have a fealing (hoping) that most teams will be in a similar position as like myself they may have gambled on surrey with the extra games. Max of 2 surrey for me but some may have gone a few more.

Problem is dont think there will be too much variance in the batting line ups as i think that notts & worcs will feature heavily in most

Gary

I think my leading team's 80 odd and, given that I'm less well endowed with transfers than the outcome of a cold shower on a frosty morning, I won't be challenging.

Good luck though Gary in both, be great to see you finish in the money, plus it might rev up some interest in Fantasy Cricket for next season so that we can make a proper challenge for the superleague. :clap2:

The rain at the end of April made a bit of a lottery of the long game IMO, hope it doesn't piss on your parade too much for the remainder of T20.

yup i can see these being problems :binky:

I'm not laughing at Kev, who has a decent track record, particularly in weekies and monthlies, but the Emperor of the one liner definetely struck there  :clap2:

There's friendly banter as above and there's embittered jealous bollox -please see majority of Fiso postings, and the odd individual on here. Even though I only value my time at about a tuppence a minute these days, there still remains people I won't be wasting it on.

Andre Adams is really starting to piss me right off, I had him in most teams then got rid when I knew he wouldn't be playing the cb40 games, (might also have had a slight injury).

Letting the fact that he isnt going to play the cb40 games rule my head, when I still know he is going to take enough wickets in cc games to justify selection

Also went with Gidman as captain in a few due to good run of games, no team news yesterday and no news about his injury until some point this morning I presume

Infact the whole game and shitty cricket weather is really pissing me off, and did I mention Andre Adams, coont

Roll on the premiership

This season was my first attempt at fantasy cricket and I really enjoyed it, but in an entirely massochistic way. In fact, it felt like going 10 rounds with Miss Whiplash.

Agree with you about Andre Adams, had the coont in all 8 of my starting xi's, chopped him out when he got injured and wouldn't feature in CB40, only to have insufficient trannies left to shoe him back in.

Yeah, we now have the premiership to look forward to. Dream Team's the one that does my head in footy wise. What usually happens is my chosen star striker gets badly injured on the opening day, and all of my teams are then fooked for the rest of the season. Watch Aguero break his leg against the Saints day one - you heard it here first.

Why do we do it to ourselves? Cos we fooking love it.

Managed to sort but only cos the players I wanted to bring in were in the top screen

V Happy with the Essex exit as pretty much zero coverage in all my teams, not a massive amount Somerset.

Napier low scoring and now needs replacing (Nash now gone) is also good for me.

Come on Luke Wright :bounce:

Best team dropped from 16th to 22nd. Game over for me now

No starc last night and captained Voges as he had played well in the last few games and thought he would have given himself at least 2 overs.

Only gonna have 5 on finals day and draw not kind.

Good luck claimer, think that is you in second

You too KM .. I'll be lucky to hang on with only Nash Wright and Styris. Made Nash* but Styris is flying 2-6 and a maiden which I've not seen too many of.
