Going well Andy.

Teams identicle at the moment. Hitting captains in team 2 (Hazzard and Kane) which is a bit pain as would be on 637 with my top team, if I had gone the same in both.

I would not get to excited.

‘It’s Like Brand New’ from FISO has Sky in the bag this year.

I tried to be a smart arse and captained Callum Wilson over Aguero.

Both teams now languishing outside the top 10K and even though they've both got 37 transfers left, I think I'm shafted. :surrender:

How many transfers have you got left Gary?

Can we hang on to Yorkie’s coat-tails and make a fist of the SL prize?

I have 31t left so should make the top 100 at least I would think.

Given how few we have in league.... Making a decent fist of it.... Would be a miracle to win league of leagues I suspect.....

Given averages the leader must be in fantasy football scout? Hoping he is a hare because he has a decent gap...... Sure I've seen his name on the tff leaderboard too? Was he the long time leader a couple of seasons back?

Edit. That was Paul O'Neil..... Obviously someone else

Think its 5 looking at the bottom score in league ..
Your 4 teams are in decent shape and mine is in top 1000, so you never know. Is it top 5 scores or top 5 managers, if second then no chance.

Saying that the free league is climbing up... :horse2:

Top 5 teams I think as per the thread somewhere....

My second team is taking an experimental approach.... But is top 1k

Hope so. Made some inspired / lucky captain choices.... No way current run of luck continues. Although also made a couple of unnecessary moves which did not really work.

Was using striker and byrom as benchmarks.... But gone past them. Simon ward also a good player I think. Deanos mum will have used all her transfers by Feb.... Don't recognise other names but then not really played sky and paid it any attention

Gonna carry on going for it.... No point in wondering if only..... Still got loads of transfers. Rough plan is Ca 20 at new year. Fa Cup means a couple of weeks with few games in Jan and then patience through to overhaul. 15 from there is mebbe a little short but hopefully others are in similar positions or playing catch up from off the pace.

Probably all go tits up next week :titter:

I'm assuming its the same Dr Michael Shipley, a serial winner of fantasy football comps & certainly in the same category as Andy Luckhurst. :dunno:

Has 2 teams in the top 100 & something in the back of my mind tells me he's one this comp before :beglee:

I can't recall exactly - but I know a lad who is a copper in Leeds area and he was saying he works alongside a bloke whose brother is a serial fantasy football winner. Pretty sure he said it was Shipley but could have my wires crossed as he told me years ago... Will have to check....
