If they play him, cracking signing Barkley. £15m a snip.

Would of taken him at OT.

Think he will be a star in a top side.

Liverpoool could do with something like these 3 IMO:

Jordan Pickford
Mats Hummels
Robert Lewandowski

Can off to Juventus in the Summer, Henersdon is pony.

Chances of getting any?

...................Pickford

..Gomez...Hummels...VVD...Robertson

....................Keita (joining in the summer)
...........Lallana........Firmino

..Salah...........................Mane
................Lewandowski

Plenty options from the bench to back that 11 up.

Sanchez / Mkhitaryan swap deal confirmed.

No transfer fee. I can’t but think we have pulled off a superb deal there!!!!

Shame we didn’t get Kane over Lukaku last summer. :Hi-Guy:

Few more in’s / out’s in the summer and we will have a superb first XI and bench.

It is a slight myth this parking of the Bus. Mourinho's first two seasons at Chelsea scored 72 against United's 58 and then 72 the following season.

People seem to have this thinking that United under Ferguson scored millions of goals a season. I remember some rank poor games under his management, its wasn't all goals goals goals despite his success.

Are Liverpool an attacking team? They have only scored 5 more goals than us this season in the league. We are the 3rd highest scorers in the league. Scored more than Chelsea / Spurs and Arsenal. Yes joint best defence in the league, that might have something to do with De Gea.

Has he been over cautious against the top sides - Yes

Interesting Stat:
Failed to score in only 12% of games, joint second so its not just we only score v the bottom half.

Chelsea have failed to score in 21% of games in the Prem this season.

Clean sheets in 58% of games - Best in the league.

Would be interested to see attempts at goal from the teams in the Prem, this may put a different or negative stat on the ones above.

I'll make a prediction come the end of the season we will be clear 2nd in goals scored in the League.

Slightly off topic but the whole Jose and bus isn't about the majority of games but games against the top teams. He doesn't go out with an attacking mindset and Liverpool game brought it's head up big time.

Liverpool were in a hole and there for the taking but Jose didn't go and try and win the game

He's spent an absolute fortune and for all the Utd fans saying he's worked wonders with Lingard he has been absolutely terrible for Martial.

With the money Utd have spent they should not be as far behind City as they are. The Special One has not been very special at all over the last 4 or 5 years.

His philosophy is also not in line with ethos of Manchester United who were always a very entertaining side with free flowing football and flying wingers. I appreciate at times under Fergie they deployed stifling tactics with the inclusion of Fletcher and Ji Sung Park etc but that was against the very best in Europe.

I can't stand the coont, maybe that is clouding my judgement

First 15 mins I thought we looked really positive and took the game to Liverpool. The rest of the game I’ll decline to comment on  ok, only one team were winning that game for the last 75 mins.

No doubting the money spent but so many players are over prices now I ignore the transfer fees and try and look at, does he improve the team? Is he top quality etc. This decline started under Fergie, how we won the league in his last season I’ll never know and by about 16pts!!!! He let the midfield just die. Moyes bought in shit and LVG was clueless and a crap man manager.

I think managers need 3/5 transfer windows to obtain the best squad based on money / availablity of players and their squad.

Mourinho next season after the summer transfers has to produce the goods against the top sides and be there or there about a in the Prem and CL. I think we need a few more in’s and outs to be right up there.
