749 for 30 but Elite 1, 6 or 9 looking promising to contend.

719 - 32 is best I have but have several within 30pts with between 30 and 36 transfers left so can cover a few bases.

Time to step on the gas over Christmas/New Year though.

Lacazette came in last night though so might be another transfer needed at the weekend.

Definitely got the wrong striker and annoying that I blew a transfer getting rid of Lacazette.

Not sure what position he was one in, but leading up to Xmas I think I'm right in saying last year winner had just used 4 transfers :WTF: . Started out with an Everton block and ended up with an almost Chelsea block at the end.

Each season is different and I'm not overly sold on tortoise tactics for this season being the way forward, but I am more interested in the use of block tactics.

Despite my attempts to restrain transfer usage, I've splaffed a lot in the last month (way too many), although I have gained in terms of narrowing the points difference gap from the early pacesetters, position wise I'm not much better off apart from an Arsenal block that has gone on a right bimmler.

Suppose it won't do any harm to take a look at where I can shape some blocks and hopefully catch a wave :albino:

My thinking is at this stage is too many transfers and not quite enough teams entered, so I need to shape some sort of strategy rather than tinkering away transfers :albino:

Chelsea, spurs and now arsenal cleanies gone.

Manc Derby where most picked defensive and attacking players will face each other to come..

The averages are set to drop again.

Even a salah hatrick won't be enough as everyone has him.

As I have been saying - the adjustment will keep coming ! Points on the board early this year was critical as is holding your nerve now re the transfer button.

Right now the issues that exist are:

Out of form strikers
Yellow card totalizer (5 for a ban)
Rotation
Twatish old school English managers parking the bus

I'll see you all in the new year :Gun:

This next bunch of midweek fixtures are tailor made for rotation. All the top 6 teams have got relegation type opposition. This is surely no coincidence - the fixture guys have worked this one out. Spurs home to Brighton? Even Harry Kane could get a rest. Could be fun for the start of the monthly

Its fair to say that the winning teams now has over 800pts :biker:

I'll keep plugging away and basically sit on my teams and see what the FA cup throws up but in terms of getting a return this season I'd be best sticking to studying the share market for my next windfall :albino:

Kane will play

Lukaku and Morata will be on the bench (Actually expect Lukaku to be on the bench a bit now)

Jesus / Aguero - will keep switching and it would appear Sterling is also now a CF option

Lacka will get rested for Giroud and rightly so too

Who has Sanchez (they only score points at home anyway)

Full Backs seem to be rotated increasingly too by the big 6

Expect carnage but not carnage that you can take advantage of
