Situation as follows:

9 teams top 1000
17 teams top 1600
29 teams above 53 points per week but no all contenders for season long (this is the mark I'm sticking with)

Team with 810 has 28 trfs
Team 791 has 30 trfs

Elite 1 my best though (not telling) - is on 777

That said any of the stable could come good I guess?? We shall see

I'm now splitting strategies and hoping a few come through with the aim of being top 200 by end of year and with 25 transfers in hand with a few teams

So I have in strength in depth rather than anything crazily good and way ahead.

My guess is that the leaderboard is going to be littered with your teams come Jan/Feb Sweep.

Keep it going Pal. Think we may have a few contenders this year if the upward trend continues.

I'm in the best shape i've ever been with probably 5-6 teams that i like the look of and have always hit the leaderboard Feb/March in previous years.

Better placed teams mentioned in this thread so it bodes well in my opinion

Hope you right Monkey ! Need a nice 5/6 game weeks now. I have to let the scores come to me now and stay disciplined.

The one I really want is Tortoise to come through. Currently on 750 and 30s transfers. Obviously I like the set up best in this team as been able to shape this last few weeks since my self DQ. BUT just a few too many points back. Going to touch wood for next few weeks.

Still think that would be well in the mix at this stage sweep.

Sounds like you’re in an amazing position there Sweepster, well done. :salute2:
Things haven’t really gone to plan for many of my teams of late. Rolled the dice a bit, with pretty unsatisfactory results!
Anyhow, will keep plugging away and see what December brings...

Can't match those numbers Sweep but 17 above your 53pw cut-off (give or take a bit of rounding) - best 3 probably:
780 (34)
772 (34)
770 (36)
Roll on the new year

No funnily enough - only got one team high in the starting xi and it's a different one (753-36) - must have made early transfers in the other ones

With no clean sheets from the big boys today, the averages could well slump.

Might well be transfers galore to City tomorrow, as people try to reach a half reasonable score

Before then realising that City play United last next week... And seeing countless hatricks before this, only for the manc Derby to end 1-1 both own goals with no kc's

Yep I'm sure plenty will be bringing in more Citeh especially if they had a shocker yesterday. Despite defensive points being a bit thin on the ground, there were plenty of attacking points, but Kane and Ali continue to frustrate :albino:

Name me a striker who isn't proving frustrating at the minute...

You can either jump around and get lucky hitting the right ones at the right time or sit tight and hope things average out over time in your direction....

Not seeing much in the way of obvious death or glory moves although I guess the morata 4-2 is currently in profit....

With more consistent midfield point being likely, is there a case for going one up top and splaffing 10 or so transfers on rotatating that forward like a twat?

4-5-1 could be the way to go...

Will definitely be doing this in at least one team.
Rotating like a twat sounds an enticing prospect.

815 - 30t
800 - 30t
786 - 36t - I hate this team setup however. Resisted any transfers today but need 3/4 to put it right.

Situation as follows:

9 teams top 1000 (now 8)
17 teams top 1600 (17 at 1800th)
29 teams above 53 points per week but no all contenders for season long (this is the mark I'm sticking with)
(now 22 BUT still 29 over 52)

Team with 810 has 28 (846)
Team 791 has 30 trfs (now 862 on 29)

Elite 1 my best though (not telling) - is on 777 - now 819

That said any of the stable could come good I guess?? We shall see

I'm now splitting strategies and hoping a few come through with the aim of being top 200 by end of year and with 25 transfers in hand with a few teams (My leading team is 150th for 29 - it also leading VIP Chairman)

So I have in strength in depth rather than anything crazily good and way ahead.

Need Wino to get spluffing

I'm working on the 54 ppw . Got a few who are on track, unfortunately about 5 tf used more than you.

Bit of spluffing started - best 3 now:

816 (34)
810 (36)
803 (32)

Not sure number 3 is third best - couple on 784/785 with 35 left should come past it

Average transfers left in top 20 teams = 32 - Striker will be explaining to me shortly why this is not such a good idea....

896 29
879 28
864 (Elite 1) - not saying but it's my best chance I reckon

A few 820-840 in the 30s too (but rather have points on the board)
