Have got off to a flyer (if I hadn't told you  ) but with the teams being mainly built of Utd and Spurs and the fact that they play each other soon, in amongst harder fixtures altogether, I've set about diluting the bias.

So I'm going to run for 5/6 weeks without Lukaku (in most teams) and a have taken the opportunity to add LFC, AFC and EFC midfielders and defenders to my various teams too. (not all but a fair few)

So I guess we'll see come 6pm today if it's paid early dividends. Then cry if any get injured during the International Break.

Cheers

Lots on Monreal I hope...

A couple :) , Bellend getting assist maybe too ? Not sure on that re TFF though. Brighton looking dangerous though. Bonking Bong is going on my enabler list.

Lovely jubbly so far - could have done with Lacka too. BUT Sanchez, Ward, Tarkowski (who is excellent by the way), Kolasinac, Bellerin, Monreal all doing the business. Pickford got moved on for Foster in 7 of my teams the only down side really but they are not my challengers anyway. Over to Salah, Mane and Bobby now. 1-0 Newcastle coming up.

Mane Out for up to 6 weeks

What a corking move bringing him in for the Newcastle game :OFFS:

Pogba, Aggro and Mane (x2) absolutely shitting on my season

Dodged one there, so that's an extra 1pt a game over Mane for the next 6 weeks.

He is scattered in a few and was brought into Hare so no real damage on the Mane injury. Apart from Hare he wasn't brought in any other for the Newcastle game.

Apart from being totally cheesed off, my initial reaction is to go cheap (def/mid) and allow no limitations for the front three :albino:

Reckon this year more than ever going to be about hitting streaks. I also reckon the burning of transfers will be immense as folk hop from player to player

I think this is proving the case with a combination of injuries and hot/cold streaks to major players meaning that many are burning (unnecessarily?)

Still raging about this but on the other hand I’ve now had a skeg at my 6 teams with Mane and I’m almost happy to be making the change to a cheapie defender/mid as it allows any fooker up front, especially as Aggro may be making a quick return.
Just need the cheapie to perform :albino:

the past 3 game weeks have killed me and it's only going to get worse
daylight saving over here 2 weeks ago means the games start an hour later.
then when you unwashed coonts go backwards in a week or 3 the games will start another hour later.

ffs come november, timmmmmmsy will be ringing me at 3am to remind me to do my transfers  :OFFS:

I am undergoing a state of transfer paralysis.... Looking for opportunities but nothing really interesting me... Some is budget constrained..... But I can't bring myself to swap one shit enabler for another in order to reengineer.... Managing to avoid injury hokey cokey for now

A very large proportion of my teams still sat on 38/39 transfers.....

Bring on the carnage.... Hope to make up some ground this side of xmas

This weekend was the first set of fixtures where I felt I needed to have more coverage of Man City mids, I'll be looking to the 5th of Nov now when my Vardys will more than likely become Aggro/Jesus and may have some room for manoeuvre to bring in a few more KDBs/Sane/Sterlings for a def/mid swap.

Many more 'injuries' this side of crimbo and I may as well throw the towel in

apart from than I'm happyish :albino:

The bulk of my teams are 370-430 with transfers left averaging 33 - not too shabby as is basically a 50 pts average but just feels like this season is a right fking twat.

Could do with my misfortunes reversing as we roll into November and December, I've already resigned myself that October will be more of the same turdlike shenanigans :OFFS: :albino:

If I can make December with 30 transfers intact and can start to upp the average so that I get 10 teams nudging 55 pts per week by then I'll consider that progress.

Not missing the Belgian Bony (like that) at all, he's gone on one of his barren runs, probably because he's missing his mate Pogterd. The other laugh right now is Mikki - he's gone missing - just aswell as he was never in my teams.

This week is going to be one of those that you just have to accept. It's been due you have to say.

Already brought him back in for Aguero the other week after his crash.

Cursed no-one with my transfer today.

Hammi played down but looked like it to me. Porch saying he was tired. Kane on a Hat-trick? Not having tired.
