FANFOOTY sun league

Very popular fantasy game that requires little skill and plenty of luck. Schlocky will have the keys to Broadmoor ready.

Free team in but I don't play this game really due to it being the Sun and all that....I'd get castrated if I ever won anything...

Reading the ML rules there's an October cut-off on joining leagues with all points reflected and easy looking small money to be made by having leagues with 10 unique managers with the chairmanship shared around :timmsy:

We’ve created three Mini League, “League of Leagues”:
Bronze League - All Mini Leagues containing 10-19 unique managers.
Silver League - All Mini Leagues containing 20-39 unique managers.
Gold League - All Mini Leagues containing 40 or over unique managers.

For each of these leagues, we will produce a leaderboard where the position of your Mini League will be determined by the average score of the top 50% of members in your league (just so the slackers won’t bring you down).

At the end of the season we will give the following prizes to the top 100 Mini Leagues in each of the three “League of Leagues”:

League one (10-19) - £50 to the top scorer and £50 to the chairman.
League two (20-39) - £75 to the top scorer and £75 to the chairman.
League three (40+) - £125 to the top scorer and £125 to the chairman.

An entrant may enter each team they control in up to ten Mini Leagues at the invitation of the appropriate Mini League Chairmen or by creating a Mini League.

9.2 Mini League Chairmen may invite other entrants to join their Mini League, subject to all Mini League entrants having a valid team in the Game. The Mini League Name and Entries to create or join any Mini League will close at 17:00 BST on Friday 17th October 2014. Entrants joining a Mini League after the start of the Game will have any points that they may already have accrued in the Game reflected in their Mini League leader board.

Hopefully this will be enough notice for Crompton :titter:

Thank fook I woke up in the middle of the night and decided to browse soccernet. Wouldn't have had a clue Barkley was facing 6 weeks out. Fingers crossed for Mirallas instead then (was the straight swap that my brain could just about handle at that moment in time).

Anyway - 31 teams entered so I'll put the pick of the crop in the ML when today's scores are in tonight / tomorrow. Hangeland and Rooney did well for me, though I do worry about Kyle Walker not playing in Spur's clean sheet.

Anyone miss the chance to drop their Barkleys? :agree1: You've got to love the first weekend of the season!
